How we treat each other here

UpperRoomTalk is a Christian community, and people of every faith and none are welcome to join the conversation. These rules keep it a place people want to come back to.

1. Speak the truth in love. Disagree as much as you like, but be kind about it (Ephesians 4:15).
2. Debate ideas, never attack people. No insults, name-calling, or mocking someone’s faith or background.
3. No hate, threats or harassment. This includes private messages.
4. Keep it clean. No sexual, graphic or explicit content.
5. No spam or selling. Don’t advertise products, services or fundraisers without permission.
6. Protect privacy. Don’t share anyone’s personal details, including your own address or phone number, in public posts.
7. Only post photos you have the right to share. Ask before posting photos of other people, and never post photos of children who aren’t yours.

If you see something that breaks these rules, tap Report. Reports go privately to the moderator. Posts that break the rules may be removed, and repeat or serious problems can lead to an account being banned.
